About Mental Healthy 360

Why do we exist?

At Mental Healthy 360, we are a Co-Laboratory dedicated to fostering personal growth and community wellness. Our mission is to help individuals break free from limiting attachments, equipping them with the tools to become more mindful, self-reliant, and resilient. We empower people to embrace new challenges, pursue growth, and cultivate a deep sense of belonging within themselves and their communities. By creating inclusive spaces and meaningful experiences, we honor the richness of diverse identities and perspectives. Our goal is to inspire positive community impact and nurture collaboration and connection.

How do we achieve this?

We believe in the power of experiential learning. Our programs combine hands-on activities, reflective discussions, and immersive experiences in nature and recreation. Guided by our core values—Love, Lead, Play, Belong—we offer a dynamic framework for self-discovery and development. Participants are encouraged to explore these values in everyday life, challenge themselves beyond their comfort zones, and bring their learnings back to their families and communities. Through this approach, we aim to deepen relationships, enhance well-being, and inspire collective growth.

Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging

We believe that diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging are essential to the vitality and success of our organization. Diversity, encompassing a myriad of identities such as race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, age, religion, socioeconomic background, ability, education, and national origin, enriches our community and inspires innovation.

We are committed to building a space where everyone feels welcomed, respected, empowered, and truly belongs. To achieve this, we prioritize:

• Equity: Ensuring fair and just treatment for all.

• Inclusion: Creating an environment where everyone's voice is valued.

• Belonging: Fostering a sense of connection and community.

We recognize that our journey toward a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive organization is ongoing. We pledge to continually evaluate our practices, policies, and programs and to actively seek feedback from our community to ensure that we are living up to our values.

More About Mark

  • Commitment to Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion
  • A life long history of fostering inclusive environments, engaging diverse voices, and able to consider underlying structural inequities, privilege, and power dynamics in my work.
  • Connective Thinking
  • Excel at creatively exploring problems, issues, and opportunities. I am a lateral thinker who is able to translate ideas from different spaces, make connections between seemingly disparate ideas, and see how they fit within a broader whole.
  • Curiosity and a Rapid Learning Curve
  • Intellectually curious and able to dive into and understand new spaces and new networks. I like to explore different, disparate ideas and can swiftly make sense of complex issues.
  • Adaptive Systems Thinking
  • Able to identify leverage points and assess how new ideas have the potential to influence or change a system. I am comfortable with experimentation and risk-taking and am able to find and refine the truly transformative “nugget” in an idea—even if others don’t see it yet.
  • Sincere Relationship Skills
  • A relational person, able to build robust networks that allow me to cast a wide net, make authentic connections, and see opportunities and challenges from diverse perspectives.
  • Open-Mindedness, Additive Thinking, and Humility
  • Open-minded and willing to explore ideas, whether they are mine or not. I am an additive and generative thinker who builds on the ideas of others. I am self-aware and recognize the value each person brings in supporting collaboration and co-creation.
  • Able to Drive and Communicate
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively and to manage multiple priorities effectively. I spend my time generously and judiciously. Consistently delivering on project goals and outcomes.
  • Collaborative Approach
  • Able to work effectively with others and work with efficiency, enthusiasm, and diplomacy—both individually and as part of a team. I build productive and reciprocal relationships with a diverse group of colleagues, grantees, consultants, and others.
